Don't have time to read? Listen here!

You're not playing around, sister, and I love that! Welcome to your second-to-last day of the challenge!

How’s it going? I hope you’re feeling refreshed and energized - and a little less overwhelmed with stuff, distractions, and commitments.

Today’s challenge is super easy and inspiring.

Let’s dive in!

Get your thoughts and ideas out of your head.

Today’s challenge is to allow yourself to brain dump all of the thoughts, ideas, goals, wish lists, etc. to get them out of your head and onto paper. (Then you don’t have to keep thinking about them! Wink wink!)

Now, I want you to list your 1-year goals. Here is a list of examples:

  • Clean out your linen closet and bathrooms
  • Organize your kiddo’s old clothes and toys. Decide what to keep and what to give away.
  • Health
  • Weight
  • Fitness
  • Cut Back and Quit Sugar
  • Organize Basement or Attic
  • Catch up on the years of scrapbooking and photo albums you’ve skipped.
  • Purge toys.
  • Vacation
  • Girls weekend with your best friends.
  • Regular date nights with your partner.
  • Read books you’ve been wanting to.
  • Take a integrative health course

Seriously, this is a huge brain dump of all the things you want to do.

Once it’s on paper you can prioritize everything and decide which goal you want to tackle first.
Note: This list is not chiseled in stone so make sure you’re not looking at it in a “If I don’t accomplish all of the things then I’m a failure” kind of way. The point of this exercise is not to make you feel like the weight of the world is on your shoulders. The point is to put all of your thoughts in one place so you can make progress.

Set a reminder on your phone/calendar to revisit and reevaluate this list in 3 months. Add new things, remove things that don’t resonate or matter to you anymore. It could be super cool to do this activity with your partner! Or maybe one for you and your personal goals and one with your partner for family goals.

However you choose to go about doing this is irrelevant. Do what works for you. Again, the point is to get these things out of your head and onto paper so you mind can focus on your goals one step at a time.

I’d love to hear what you think of today’s challenge. Do you need some extra support? Hit reply on your day 6 email and let me know.
