By day, Whitney manages accounts and marketing for a modern architecture firm. In her spare time her nose is stuck in health and wellness, spiritual development, and self-help books and articles. She's currently studying to be an integrative health coach. Her brain is always going on high-speed which is part of the reason she became interested in mindful parenting.
Whitney is teaching practices and activities taught to her by Shanza Isom through the Chrysalis Institute's Mindful Parenting Conference - the first of its kind on the east coast.
